Horizon Asset International was the Hong Kong entity of Horizon Asset Management, a New York-based value-oriented investment management firm founded by Vijay Bhambwani and later led by prominent investor Murray Stahl. The firm held an SFC asset management licence to manage portfolios on behalf of institutional and high-net-worth clients investing in Asian securities. It has since ceased active operations in Hong Kong. The parent firm was known for its contrarian, long-term value investing philosophy applied across global equities.
