Link Asset Management Limited is the manager of Link REIT (formerly The Link REIT), Asia's largest real estate investment trust by market capitalisation and one of the most prominent REITs globally. Listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since 2005, Link REIT originated from the privatisation of public housing retail and car park facilities by the Hong Kong Housing Authority. The firm is responsible for managing and growing Link REIT's diversified portfolio of retail, office, and logistics assets across Hong Kong, mainland China, Australia, Singapore, and the UK, generating management fees and performance-linked income from its institutional and retail unitholder base.
