景高亞洲(香港)有限公司
Getco, known globally as Global Electronic Trading Company (later rebranded as KCG Holdings after merging with Knight Capital Group in 2013), was one of the world's largest high-frequency trading and electronic market-making firms. Its Hong Kong entity was licensed for dealing in securities and dealing in futures contracts, consistent with its core business of algorithmic trading and providing liquidity across global exchanges. The firm primarily operated as a proprietary trading house with no external client base, generating revenue through market-making spreads and trading strategies. With no currently active licensed persons, the Hong Kong operation appears to have wound down following the broader corporate restructuring and eventual acquisition of KCG by Virtu Financial in 2017.
