瑞士信貸(香港)有限公司
Credit Suisse was a major Swiss global investment bank and wealth manager that historically operated one of the most significant financial services franchises in Hong Kong, covering securities, futures, corporate finance, automated trading, and asset management. The firm was long known as a top-tier advisor on Asia-Pacific IPOs, M&A transactions, and a leading provider of private banking services to ultra-high-net-worth clients in the region. Its Hong Kong operations were substantially wound down following Credit Suisse's forced merger with UBS in March 2023 after a crisis of confidence, which is reflected in its sharply reduced active licensed personnel. UBS has since absorbed most of Credit Suisse's viable Asia-Pacific businesses and client relationships.
