Huaan Asset Management is the Hong Kong-based asset management arm of Huaan Securities, holding licences for dealing in and advising on securities as well as managing investment portfolios. The firm designs and manages investment products and discretionary portfolios for institutional investors and high-net-worth clients, with a focus on Chinese and Pan-Asian equity and fixed income strategies. It complements the brokerage activities of Huaan Securities Hong Kong by providing an investment management platform for offshore capital. The firm is part of the broader Huaan Securities group's strategy to build an integrated cross-border financial services business.
