CICC

CICC, or China International Capital Corporation, is one of China's leading full-service investment banks, founded in 1995 as the country's first joint venture investment bank with Morgan Stanley as an early partner. The firm's Hong Kong entity held an SFC licence for dealing in securities, supporting its capital markets, equities, and brokerage activities in the city. CICC serves a broad client base including Chinese state-owned enterprises, large corporates, institutional investors, and government entities across investment banking, research, sales and trading, and wealth management. It is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and is regarded as a premier Chinese investment bank with significant cross-border transaction capabilities.
