Haitong International Capital is the corporate finance and advisory arm of Haitong International Securities, the Hong Kong-listed overseas subsidiary of Haitong Securities, one of China's largest full-service brokerages. The entity specialises in advising on securities and corporate finance, supporting equity capital markets transactions including IPOs, follow-on offerings, and M&A deals for Greater China-focused companies. Its primary clients are corporate issuers seeking Hong Kong or international capital markets access, as well as institutional investors receiving research and advisory services. Haitong International has been one of the more active Chinese investment banks in Hong Kong's ECM market.
