Dresdner Kleinwort

德利佳華證券(亞洲)有限公司

Dresdner Kleinwort was the investment banking division of Dresdner Bank, a major German commercial bank, and operated in Hong Kong providing securities dealing, investment advisory, and corporate finance services. The firm engaged in equities trading, capital markets transactions, and M&A advisory for institutional and corporate clients across the Asia-Pacific region. Dresdner Bank was acquired by Commerzbank in 2009, following which the Dresdner Kleinwort brand was phased out globally, including in Hong Kong. The firm no longer operates independently, having been absorbed into or wound down as part of the post-acquisition integration.
