蘇皇融資亞洲有限公司
Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) was formerly a significant presence in Hong Kong's capital markets, operating as a global investment bank providing securities dealing, corporate finance advisory, and asset management services to institutional and corporate clients. Following the 2008 global financial crisis, RBS underwent a massive government-led bailout and restructuring in the United Kingdom, which led to a significant retrenchment of its international investment banking operations, including in Asia. The firm has since withdrawn from active operations in Hong Kong, as evidenced by the absence of any currently active licensed persons. RBS has since rebranded as NatWest Group, and its residual international operations are much reduced compared to its pre-crisis footprint.
