瑞士嘉來資產管理(香港)有限公司
Clariden Leu was a Swiss private bank formed in 2007 through the merger of several Credit Suisse private banking subsidiaries—including Clariden Bank, Bank Leu, BGP Banca di Gestione Patrimoniale, and Credit Suisse Fides—to create a unified private banking vehicle under the Credit Suisse Group umbrella. Its Hong Kong entity held licences spanning securities and futures dealing, advisory, corporate finance, and asset management, serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth private clients in Asia with wealth management, portfolio management, and investment advisory services. The Clariden Leu brand was retired in 2012 when Credit Suisse decided to integrate the private bank fully into its main Credit Suisse private banking division to streamline operations and reduce costs. The Hong Kong entity consequently ceased independent operations, as reflected by the absence of active licensed persons.
